A video has surfaced online showing the instant cash used in shopping 20 bags of rice from a shop in Ogwashi-Uku place of Delta State, reportedly changed into white paper.

An eyewitness who shared the video alleged that the customer who left in a white Sienna SUV paid over N400,000 in cash for the 20 bags of rice he offered.

The money however, allegedly was paper after he left.
